The system enables users to categorize their message (e.g., complaint, suggestion, or official inquiry) and submit it securely with personal details for follow-up.
This platform is part of a broader institutional framework, where complaints and grievances are formally received, reviewed, and followed up by the university administration, ensuring proper handling and confidentiality.
Together with internal procedures supervised by the Legal Department and monitored by the Internal Audit and Control Unit, this system ensures transparency, protects complainants, and provides a structured grievance mechanism aligned with institutional governance and ethical standards.
