Ethical Values Across Training
Al-Balqa Applied University embeds ethical leadership and good governance through its Performance Development Program, aligning with SDGs, especially SDGs 4, 10, 16, and 17. The program trains staff in ethics, accountability, and strategic leadership, supported by the university’s leadership to strengthen institutional culture, promote transparency, and create a sustainable impact locally and regionally.
