Education Outreach Activities Beyond Campus
Al-Balqa Applied University (BAU) is committed to extending education, knowledge, skills, and learning opportunities beyond the university campus and contributing to the educational and social development of the wider community.
As part of its community engagement and lifelong learning approach, BAU implements educational outreach activities in local schools, hospitals, community organizations, public institutions, and other community settings. These activities enable the University to share its academic, professional, health, environmental, and technical expertise with members of the wider community.
BAU’s educational outreach is designed to respond to the needs of different community groups and includes activities that promote knowledge development, skills enhancement, health awareness, environmental awareness, personal development, entrepreneurship, leadership, and social well-being.

• Environmental Course for Students of Al-Yarmouk Basic Mixed School to Promote Sustainability and Creativity in Recycling – an educational activity designed to develop students’ environmental awareness and practical understanding of recycling and sustainability.
• Little Nurse” Workshop to Promote Health Awareness in Schools – a school-based health education activity designed to introduce students to basic health concepts and promote healthy practices.
