BAU has developed and implemented its own Clean Energy Technology Policy to guide the advancement of renewable energy and sustainable practices across its campuses. The policy supports the establishment of specialized research centers, the deployment of solar power systems and other renewable energy solutions, and the creation of academic programs dedicated to clean energy technologies.

Through this policy, BAU fosters collaboration with industry experts, government bodies, and international research institutions to share knowledge and promote innovation. It also encourages engagement with students and the community through seminars, workshops, and awareness campaigns. Measurable goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) are integrated into the policy to track the progress and impact of these initiatives, ensuring a structured approach to sustainable energy development.
