The university actively supports women’s participation in leadership and governance, including representation in the Deans Council, and collaborates with professional organizations such as the Jordan Engineers Association and the Engineers Syndicate through initiatives like Career Day, scientific forums, and the ‘Sustainability Circuit’. These partnerships enhance opportunities for collective engagement, staff development, and professional advocacy.
