BAU’s Employment Policy on Discrimination
BAU is firmly committed to achieving decent work and economic growth by fostering an environment rooted in equality, respect, and inclusiveness. The university has adopted a comprehensive Ending-Discrimination Policy that prohibits all forms of discrimination based on race, color, gender, religion, nationality, age, disability, or any other status.
This policy is implemented through clear legislation, internal regulations, and procedural instructions that ensure fair treatment and equal opportunities for all staff, faculty, and students. BAU actively addresses any reported cases of discrimination and promotes a safe, supportive, and non-discriminatory work and learning environment.
Aligned with the Jordanian Constitution and national labor laws, BAU’s employment systems, staff portal, and recruitment and promotion procedures are free from any reference to race, color, gender, religion, national origin, or age ensuring a transparent and equitable process for all.
